Coat: Apt9, Sweater: Sonoma, Pants: ASOS (similar), Booties: Steve Madden, Necklace: Baublebar, Gloves: no brand, Lips: Revlon Just Bitten Balm Stain in Romance

Being from Florida, this fall definitely feels more like winter at some points, but then I also realize that we are at the end of October and it is nearly wintertime!  Either way, I love that I am still able to wear shoes that are impractical for snow, but beautiful in and of themselves.  Believe it or not, I did not wear these shoes once while I was living in Florida, but I’ve been able to wear them repeatedly here in North Carolina.  Using my black ASOS skinnies and Steve Madden Booties as a neutral background, I experimented with combining cobalt and red – trying to make sure I didn’t look like I confused October with July 4th.  I think the effect is quite nice, what do you think?

XOXO,
